2. Privacy policy
MosVPN collects only: email address, sign-in details, account creation date and plan expiry date; transaction ID, selected plan and amount paid (card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach MosVPN); technical data a browser sends when visiting the website; the number of active connections to apply your plan's device limit; messages you send to support.
MosVPN does not keep browsing history, traffic content, your original IP address while connected, destination IP addresses, the time and duration of sessions, or DNS queries.
Data is used only to manage your account, accept payments, send account notices, answer support requests and improve the service in aggregated form. MosVPN does not sell or share data with third parties except payment providers and infrastructure providers needed to deliver the service, where required by law or a competent authority, or with your consent. Data is kept no longer than necessary or than the law requires.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties
MosVPN: provides the service for the plan and period paid for; publishes prices, conditions and policies; protects customer data under the Privacy Policy; receives and resolves complaints; issues invoices as required; may suspend or terminate accounts that breach the Terms or at the request of a competent authority.
Customer: provides a valid email, keeps sign-in details private and is responsible for activity in the account; pays in full before use; uses the service only for lawful purposes and does not carry out network attacks, spam, fraud, malware distribution or cryptocurrency mining, exceed the plan's device limit or resell access; is entitled to refunds and complaints under the published policies.

4. Receiving and resolving feedback, requests and complaints
Send feedback or a complaint to admin@mosvpn.com, by phone at +84 941 316 666 or on Telegram @mosvpnru, with your account email, order number and a description of the issue.
MosVPN confirms receipt within 24 business hours and replies with the outcome within 10 business days at most.
Disputes are first settled by negotiation; if that fails, you may ask a competent state authority or court to resolve them under Vietnamese law.
5. Pricing policy
Prices for every plan and period are published on the Pricing page, VAT 10% included, with no hidden fees. The final total is shown at the order confirmation step before payment. Price changes do not apply to plans already paid for.
6. Conditions and limitations of the service
You need a valid email account and a device running iOS 15+, Android 8+, Windows 10/11 64-bit, macOS 12+ or Ubuntu 22.04+. The number of devices connected at the same time is limited by plan (1/2/3/5).
The service may be used only for lawful purposes; MosVPN refuses or stops service for conduct that breaks the law or the Terms of Service.
7. Payment policy
You pay online using the methods shown at the order confirmation step (bank transfer, or card through a licensed payment intermediary). The plan activates automatically once payment is confirmed.
MosVPN does not collect card numbers, CVV or one-time codes. An electronic invoice is issued for every payment as required. Details: Payment guide.
8. Display priority policy
Not applicable. mosvpn.com sells only MosVPN's own service; there are no other sellers and no payment is accepted for priority display.
9. Livestream sales rules
Not applicable. MosVPN does not run livestream sales.
10. Delivery policy
The service is delivered online; there is no physical delivery. Once payment is confirmed, the plan activates immediately in your account at my.mosvpn.com; download the MosVPN app and sign in to use it.
If the plan is not active after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.
11. Return and refund policy
A refund is available within 72 hours of payment if the service does not work and MosVPN cannot fix the problem. No refund is made after 72 hours, once more than 30% of the plan period has been used, or if the account breaches the Terms.

12. Service delivery method
The service is provided through the MosVPN app for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux and your account at my.mosvpn.com. The plan period starts from activation.

13. Termination and refund policy
You can stop using the service at any time by not renewing; the account stays active until the end of the paid period.
MosVPN may suspend or terminate the service if you breach the Terms, abuse the service, or when the law or a payment provider requires it. Refunds follow the Return and refund policy above.
