Set up MosVPN on every supported device
Choose your operating system, install MosVPN from its official source and follow the permission flow for that device. Verify the public IP and the actual service you need after connecting.
Choose the guide for your operating system
Each platform uses a different installer and permission flow. Use the dedicated page for iPhone and iPad, Android, Windows or macOS. Do not use an Android APK on Windows or install a configuration profile intended for another device.
Confirm the current OS requirement, available storage and administrator access before downloading. Managed work or school devices may prevent network software from being installed.
Use the same safe process on every device
- Disconnect any existing VPN and confirm the original network works.
- Download MosVPN from the official platform page.
- Install the app and sign in to your account.
- Read and approve the operating system VPN request.
- Connect, compare your public IP and test the service you need.
The operating system permission is expected because a VPN client must create a network interface or configuration. Unrelated requests for contacts, messages, photos or a payment code should not be approved without a clear reason.
Verify the route instead of trusting one indicator
Record your public IP before connecting. After MosVPN reports a connection, refresh the IP check and open two ordinary sites. Then test the actual app, call or video you need. A changed IP confirms the route changed; it does not guarantee that every third-party service or account is available.
Compare one network and one configuration at a time. Wi-Fi and mobile data can produce different results. Keep the device, test time and target service in your notes if you need support.
Troubleshoot from the base layer upward
If there is no Internet, disconnect MosVPN first. Confirm signal, data allowance, router access, date and time, and any public Wi-Fi login. Next, close another VPN and check the system profile. Only then change the MosVPN route or reinstall the app.
Send support the device model, OS version, MosVPN version, network type, city, time and a redacted screenshot. Never send your account password, one-time code, full card details or configuration key in a public channel.
Count devices that need to be connected at the same time and compare them on the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the same installer on every device?
No. iOS uses TestFlight, Android uses Google Play or the official APK, Windows uses an .exe and macOS uses a .dmg.
Why does the system ask for VPN permission?
The client needs operating-system approval to create a VPN interface or configuration. Confirm that MosVPN is the app making the expected request.
How can I confirm the installation worked?
Compare the public IP before and after connecting, then open ordinary sites and the specific service you need.
What should I test when MosVPN works on Wi-Fi but not mobile data?
Verify the mobile connection without a VPN, then repeat the same configuration and task. Record the operator, city and time rather than changing several settings.
What information must never be sent to support?
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or private configuration keys. Redact personal notifications from screenshots.
